Our unique cigar rolling machine employs non-rusting aluminum for a sturdy base, handle, and rolling surface. We use recycled wood/plastic composite material for the rolling surface supports and a a polymer handle stop for quiet operation.

The belt rods are also solid stainless steel with polymer tips for easier gripping.

“Slippery” polymer bushings are used for quiet and durable operation of all rotating parts.

Our proprietary rolling belt is made from similar materials that other cigar rolling machines use, but is reinforced and surface treated for longer life. (We do offer replacement belts for high use commercial rolling as well as some custom belts.)

We put in enough belt adjustment holes to roll from ring gauge 28 to nearly a 70! (Custom units down to a ring gauge 18 cigarillo) Each rear belt rod hole is 2 ring sizes apart and the front fine adjustment (1 ring gauge) allows obtaining the EXACT ring size desired.

We use heavy gauge aluminum in all fabricated parts and designed it for safety. The handle is 1/4″ thick one-piece solid aluminum. We hard anodize ALL aluminum components so they will never rust or corrode!

The units can roll long filler cigars over a foot long! (12 3/4″ wide) All hardware is stainless steel that will virtually never wear out. Basically, we designed and build RYO Premium cigar roller machines to LAST a LIFETIME! As of 2020, we have not replaced ANY PART on any machine we have ever manufactured–and they get heavy use from professionals around the world.
